Building a NEW Line of Cable Fault Locating Equipment

Megger is pleased to introduce two NEW Power Fault Locators — PFL20M and PFL40A. Both instruments feature a state-of-the-art MTDR that has the capability to be used as both a TDR and a transient analyzer.

Some of the features of the PFL20M include:
• Economically priced
• Ideal for XLPE/URD networks
• On-board inverter for 12VDC operation
• Portable unit, with integrated wheel kit
• IP54 environmental rating
• Integrated burn and DC proof test capability (within main cabinet)

• Proof (DC) testing to 40 kV
• High-voltage surge to 34 kV
• 8/16/34 kV, 2000 Joules surge output
(4 kV 1500 Joule range optional)
